Our main principle is to organise speedy payments to our contractors and to achieve this, we collect the contractor’s earnings from the end client or agency and then pay the salary to the contractor after deducting Taxes and National Insurance contributions

The Process

Signing up with Ovations Umbrella is an easy, stress-free process, completed in 4 simple steps:

Step 1. Contacting Ovations Umbrella: Contact one of our advisors via our Contact page on our website or call us on +44 7879 997547 and we shall walk you through the onboarding process and get you onboarded within minutes. If you cannot get through to us immediately, please send a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Step 2. Contract signing: If you are a contractor you will get into an Employment contract with Ovations Umbrella, this will make you an employee of Ovations, providing you with all employment benefits. We will take full responsibility to make sure the process is smooth and all agreements are binding and legitimate.

Step 3. Submitting timesheet: Once you have filled and submitted your timesheets on your Ovations Account, they will be sent over to us and our finance team will take care of the rest on a monthly or weekly basis depending on what was agreed during the contract signing.

Step 4. Salary: Voila! Ovations Umbrella will pay your salary and generate payslips with a comprehensive breakdown of your earnings, enjoy!
